This world needs more Kurt Warners.
Ditto Danno!

Love the guy!

It shouldn't (because they are dumb-asses), but it irritates the hell out of me when I hear a talking head refer to him as a "borderline hof player"!

If Kurt Warner isn't a first ballot hof player, who is?

I agree with all of this except first ballot HOF. He's a HOF for sure, but there are many players with better stats, etc... that didn't get the 1st ballot nod.

And there are many more that did get voted in on the 1st ballot that were not deserving. Some were bad characters.

Warner's stats are worthy. Warner's character (as far as we know) is impeccable.

His story; cut by the Rams, Iowa Barnstormers, alone is legendary.

He and Drew are the most consistently accurate QBs that I have ever seen.

I like Kurt Warner, as I have stated as a person and player but this is my issue:

His opinion, even if he did believe it was an illegal hit, has no bearing on what is in question which is a bounty program. It was a legal hit and nothing he can say or do will ever change that. Then he believes the Packers were tageting him, ok, they said the same thing, his team was targeting Rogers. Again, another dead end topic with nothing to substantiate either claim.

He's brought on these shows to shed light on the subject but presents no useful information. Either you know something or you don't. If you don't then what's the point other than an ambulance chasing side show.

Have you ever watched Fox News or MSNBC? That is how entertainment news works, friend. They aren't trying to report facts and analysis, they are reporting drama and intrigue. It isn't Kurt Warner's fault, and for his part he could probably get a lot MORE out of it if he told them he felt threatened by the Saints, but he doesn't. Stop lashing out at the wrong people.
