Adrian Arrington’s long road to success

Adrian Arrington is currently battling for a spot with the New Orleans Saints. As a fifth year player, it might seem like he has the upper hand, but it’s important to remember that nothing has come easily for Adrian Arrington.

Adrian Arrington

Looks like it may be hard for him to make the team as a started unless he can separate himself. In his defense he hasn't had a lot of chances with the recievers in front of him. Could this guy be a Moss in hiding I just don't know. I am pulling for him to show something and maybe send someone else to the practice squad.

looks like his road is still pretty long...

I wouldnt call it a success yet, hes had plenty of chances he just didnt stay healthy.

I think its morgan or toons job first, atleast i hope it is anyway

Yep, I'm a little curious about the use of the word success here....

His road has not gotten any shorter. His reluctance to play on special teams will be his downfall. He won't make the cut this year. Toon just killed Morgans chances of starting but Morgan will make it because of his ability to return kicks.

When we drafted him I was like yeah awesome dude got beast hands but really haven't seen him do anything hope he shows the coaches something this year

What success?

Eh, he has done okay when given the chance, mainly in the preseason. Just too much talent ahead of him for him to have a shot though...

AND his speed advantage over both Toon and Arrington.

The Saints need a WR who can stretch the defense, much as Meachem did (at least occasionally); Morgan could fill that bill.

As Arringtion told his mom... it's a paycheck.

He'd be a godd #3 WR on most teams in this league. But with Colston, Meachem, Henderson, and Moore ahead of him he just couldn't get the opportunities.

Injuries didn't limit his development, a deep roster of quality WR's in front of him did.

My mind wanders to those busted routes in San Francisco.

He left a hell of a game on the field at Candlestick... Unrealized.
