I don't know about y'all but that **** is played out. Its time to establish a new identity and move forward and find a song that fits us better. So can we?

I think we need a pole. I'd vote for a new team song.

I don't know about tradition, Who Dat is a tradition that dates back years and years, Crunk is just some stupid song we played a couple years ago. As for writing a new song, its not like a fan wrote crunk for the Saints, and given the **** we have gone through this offseason I would say we go with

Heart of the city Who DAT song would be good

Geez, that was a little bit harsh. The Dude doesn't like the song and wonders if it can be changed. I don't like the song either, but frankly don't care. I pay attention to the games, not the pregame hype. No reason to call out the guy and insult his humanity. If you like the song say you like the song.

I agree, we need a new song. I hated it when it came out, hated it when they started playing it at the games, and still hate it today. I'm not sure what song we can use to replace it but hell anything is better than that one. At this point I'll take the theme song from Dora the Explorer over Get Crunk. :-(

But, I was thinking that an updated and more customized version of the The Skids' The Saints Are Coming would be a really nice theme song for the Saints.

Personally, I thought U2/Green Day did a good job with it. They personalized it fairly well, without compromising the original song, adding the opening line from House of the Rising Sun at the beginning.

Un.like Get Crunk I did like the U2 one the year we came back to the dome. Its also a little old now too though. Still a lot better than get crunk

I really don't care what song is played other than what get's the fans in the dome and players pumped up. Right now Crunk seems to do it so until a suitable replacement is found I say stick with what works. Personally I would like Hells Bells or Thunderstruck from AC/DC.

If you want something replaced... provide a better option....

Simply not liking something is not a clear path forward. Some people who like the "crunk song" may only like it because they have heard nothing better.

What is a "crunk" anyway? Is it part trunk, chunk, funk, crumb, dunk? I cant even seem to sort a root word.

root is a combination of words CRazy and drUNK. term originates from atlanta hip hop scene....yes, that atlanta......sweet irony....

How many of you attend home games? If so, you'll see that 90 percent of the stadium stands up and dances when that song comes on.

They do play Hells Bells in the Dome. Seems like it's usually on a kickoff in the second half when the Saints are ahead.

Same % are also drunk and stand up and dance to any song.... or no song at all...

Screw the song, I vote pole!
