Basically Goodell is saying that the CBA allows him to act in the way he did, therefore he is not being biased.

Perception is reality, Roger.

"Perception" is what you used to shape media and public opinions of our players and coaches.

You trumped up accusations, you overreached your limits and now you're forced to back peddle.

But don't worry, time will prove you who you really are.

There was no bias. It was total belief in something that is not true.

Put simply, the NFL wants an in-house appeal process that allows the league to treat as the top priority “maintaining the integrity of, and public confidence in, the game of professional football.” The Federal Arbitration Act contemplates a process that provides fairness to those who have something tangible to lose as a result of an eventual arbitration ruling. Even if the NFLPA agreed to the current process, a process that fundamentally is unfair to and/or biased against one side should not survive judicial scrutiny.

I am curious at what time Goodell discovers he and his hypocritical actions are also serious conduct detrimental to the game and suspends himself.

I know of a few small towns where the city mayor is the chief of police & fire depts, postmaster, and justice of the peace.

Wonder if we could get the Kommisar in one of them and give him some of his own medicine. I know the Chief would be glad to cite him for "something", pass a ruling, and rule on the appeal all within 24 hours.

There is an 8 in there.
I do not thinkthat is a size 8 in reality.
