Until someone comes in and unseats Ivory I am for keeping him, a few screens for that mule to get into open field with a head of steam, Lord help a CB.

I ilke the guy.
I like his dreads too.

But a haircut = extra yards

It'll come down to staying healthy in training camp. If he can show durability in camp and pre-season he's a lock for the 53.

If he continues to constantly get hurt, we may decide to fill his spot with a more durable RB or an extra LB, DE, DT or special teams ace.

I'm with Danno, if he can stay healthy he's going to make the final roster. He will likely get even better while staying in the rotation. Less time in the hot tub and more time in the film room son. You've got to know your responsibilities.

The knock on his health is misleading because ALL of the Saints RBs have had health issues except Sproules. Even if he were to get injured in camp, as long as it's not too bad he'll be on the roster. By the time he's back up the odds are somebody will be down.

He's battled injuries ever since college, he was injured his first three years at Washington State and then suffered a season ending injury his final year at Tiffin... He is seriously injury prone, his hamstrings don't hold up too well...

Yeah I do love me some Ivory, but the dude is made of glass. I see him making the 53 but being a healthy inactive the way he was for most of last season. It's worth keeping him on the roster just to be safe.

I get that, my point is they all miss several games a season on average
PT about 4, Ingram 6 (should go down) and Ivory 7. Odds are they will all go down at some point, they are all injury prone. Ivory more so but he knows the offense. Even if he gets dinged up in camp and can recover in a month or so I see no reason why he should not be on the roster.
