Hello, I am new to this board and I would like to introduce myself as KillerSaint. In reality, I am really a nice guy who is a Saints fan to the core and hopefully always will be. I hope to raise some good issues on this board and get some responses if anyone feels that it is worthwhile.

It\'s strange to say, BC. We have essentially the same team we had last year. I know I read the Vegas odds makers giving us a break-even year. I don\'t agree with that but I get the feeling that maybe getting Jermiah Trotter might make us better at LB, which to me will be important for success on Defense this year. Getting Gash was good but i feel in the long term losing Terrelles smith will hurt us. I hope we do well but I know that will be the year that defines Haslett, good or bad.

I don\'t think Trotter is the answer... I think we have the people we need to make a run. I wouldn\'t mind McKenzie though.

Gotta take exception. Adding a 100+ tackles per year player can\'t help but make this team better. I put much more stock in the front seven than I do in the back four.

Bring in Trotter for a two or three year contract and let him groom Watson. Shift Cie G. to the weakside if his knees hold up.
