NFL-Vilma's witnesses today were irrelevant. Court has no power to decide case on merits, so their opinion on existence of bounty irrelevant

"Professor Burbank" - no wonder he made the decisions he made.

As a Professor he "lives" in a theoretical world.

Not an instult to higher education, but there are some professors I wouldn't let make a decision about the color shirt I should wear tomorrow.

NFL-Vilma could have called today's witnesses at appeal before RG. Because chose not to,failed to exhaust remedies &case should be dismissed

Judge again suggests that this seems like something that commish perhaps didn't have jurisdiction to hear, "but maybe I can't get to that"

Ginsberg: Even if judge can't rule that Goodell was wrong, he did get it wrong. There has to be some kind of legal remedy
