Vilma's attorney said Vilma was unable to get a fair hearing because Godhell had already made up his mind. God, I wish that the judge could see some of the slanderous accusations he made on TV before the appeal.

This statement could have had more behind it with more from Vitt & Payton corroborating it, but the outcome of the coaches appeal had no difference.

Ginsberg needs to EARN his money....
