Yea, I usually try and stay away from these types but I just couldn't help myself. I got sucked in. Just sick of everyone else branding my team as a bunch of heartless thugs trying to hurt other players. Just feel the need to defend my team. Especially to a falcons fan.

Goodell will come to NOLA right after he reinstates Payton.

What makes you think that I'm not passionate about the Falcons?

Yes, that speech was disturbing and I don't condone what he said, but you're not going to convince me that any player on that defense took him at the literal word. If that's what you're taking as irrefutable evidence then you are no different than Goodell. I want to see REAL evidence that money was on the table to intentionally hurt other players. As ChrisXVI said, even the NFL has backed off the bounty talk and admitted to it being a pay-for-performance program. What about the parts of the program that fined players for mistakes, penalties, and such. You and everone else tends to take bits and pieces of this whole mess to twist it into what you want. Don't get me wrong. If evidence surfaces that backs up the claims of a pay to "injure" program then I will be solidly behind the suspensions. But until I see or hear more than a few dirty words and tough talk I won't believe for a second that our players went out with the intent to injure other players for a few measly bucks.

He was telling them to give Frank Gore a concussion and tear Micheal Crabtree's ACL... -_-

And which players gave Gore a concussion or tore Crabtree's ACL.

Did you see any player do anything that could even be taken for attempting either of those things during the game?
