Pressure from the front 4

Was it just me or did we seem to get consistent pressure from the front four most of the night

Malcolm Jenkins interception was forced when kolb threw the ball before he wanted to because sed Ellis beat his man and got in th backfield

Sed Ellis planted kolb in the endzone, another great sign of d line pressure

MARTEZ GOT 2 SACKS!! Pretty much speaks for itself, the kid is a beast and the LB to DE switch is going well

What do you guys think?

Should have been one safety for holding in the endzone a play or two before Kolb was hurt. And on the play Kolb was hurt he was going down in the endzone.

We did get pressure most of the game that I saw... fell asleep by 1/2 time.

Our D-line won the LOS all night. It was probably the most impressive part of the game to me, and they're only gonna get better.

First preseason game so I won't put too much stock in it but at times the D looked good. Still see too much of the DE's crashing the line and losing containment which allowed RB's to bounce it outside. Spag's will correct that.

Now if Spags can get the rest of the eleven to do something other than run around like headless chickens....

I agree. It was refreshing to see progress! I don't remember seeing our D doing anything other than a vanilla scheme. where as Arizona sent SEVERAL blitz's.

So for preseason game 1, the D line looked good.
