At least he wasn't the worst person brought into camp. A couple of other players have been waved already and he is still here. I thought he would be waved pretty quick.

Met him at camp. He was nice to my son. Pulling for him.

They need to get him into one of these preseason games already! At least let him return a kick or something, could do no worse than what that Laron Scott kid did...

I read the story on him it's a good story but its a long shot on him making the team.

I suspect it's a favor that Brees is doing him, for pulling some strings to let Brees and some NFL dudes use the guy's high school field to workout on during the offseason, the high school he coaches for, out in California. But I bet even catching balls and running routes for Brees for a couple of weeks would improve the guy's skills to the point where he might be worth a look. Remember, Brees is a scary good teacher and motivator. I want to see him play, why not? I predict he stays 'til around Labor Day, so he can still get his old job back and have a cool story to tell the kids.

I agree i dont expect anyone including himself expects him to make the team. Just a great experience for a guy Brees really likes.
