Lofton: Back-door slam of the Falcons
 

Just heard the WWL interview of Lofton (...I hope someone adds the audio to this thread). Things I picked up that made my jaw drop:

* It wasn't about money (in leaving the Falcons)

* I wanted to play for a QUALITY organization

* I wanted to win a championship

What do the above statements say about the Falcons?

Its not the first time this offseason that Lofton has said things about the Falcons and former teammates

When your former teams fansite posts stuff like this, can you blame him for wanting to leave?

The fact that they have to mention the Saints in the same statement shows that we're living in their heads RENT-FREE! :-D

I remember someone saying that at training camp Lofton called Matt Ryan a pu$$y lol.

Just a hunch, but it probably says he wanted out because they weren't a quality organization that had little chance of winning a championship.
But I'm no expert at reading 'tween the lines.:p

I just know that he signed with us for less than what the Falcons offered, but if you ask the enemy fans their answer is "well Nolan didn't want him" :rolleyes:

He also said something a while back about Ryan being a sissy LMFAO! I know one game where he is going to bring the absolute WOOD like we have never seen before. Ryan is probably ****ting his pants already worrying about it.
