One things for sure no matter how good ones record is compared to the other its always a close game. Both teams play their hearts out.

I don't hate them I just don't like them a whole lot. There's no differents I know I just don't like the word hate. It seem if there doing something better than us to hate them.

Their fans are what kill me.

It's not the "hope" they have every season. Hell, every fan for every team has "Hope" for the upcoming season; but they almost have a "We have earned the right to know as greatness" attitude.

They remind me of "Bama" fans. Not all Bama Fans. Just the ones who have never even steped foot on the campus but yell "ROLL TIDE!" and have Bama stickers all over their ratty truck or car and talk about how great Bama is and yet don't know the womens softball team just won the 1st ever WCWS for an SEC team.

They make me sick.

I don't like anyone in our division, hate may be a little too strong though. Their fans are the harder aspect to tolerate. You have to pick a side and we pick black and gold, easy as that.

IDK if I hate them, but I do know my opinion of them has been heavily influenced by the 'Falcons Suck' thread (which FYI, hasn't been updated since 08/06/12) and the general opinion of the members of this board, :lol:.

I live in Atl, and I really don't hate them. Their fans are passive, the media coverage is not over-bearing, and very few of their players are the public enemy type. Plus we've owned them lately.

I love the Falcons. I don't like all the fairweather Falcon fans, but I just love the team. I do not have one ounce of hate in my body for them, obviosly. I can't wait until we win the super bowl. This era of the Falcons is the best one we've ever had. I feel that in a couple of years, we might be putting a ring or two on our fingers. The only emotion that is stronger than my hate for the Saints besides my love for my friends and family is my love for my Dirty Birds
I DO hate the Saints and and there fans. The only reason I like playing them is that they're a challenge, and I know we are very capable of beating them.

I hate the 49ers and Cowboys too because of their fans.

I don't hate the falcons, I feel bad for them. I mean, first of all they have to live in Atlanta, and that just sucks. Secondly, the last 4 years has been the best they have been in over a decade, and they still have to play second fiddle to the Saints. Add to that the absurdly apathetic fairweather fan base and you just have a sad, sad football team in general. I mean, Atlanta is just big enough to keep the team around, and just non-caring enough for the team not to flourish. It isn't a recent thing either, this has been the Falcons entire history. It makes me feel a little better to see guys like ATLtillIdie supporting them, but quite frankly they know in their hearts that they are the minority, and their city will never reciprocate their feelings for their teams.

I don't get this?! He hasn't missed a game in his 4 years in the league due to injury and he played 95% of the defensive snaps with the Falcons... And last year he had 7 pass defenses and 2 ints, I'll take that from a stud run stopping MLB anytime :bng:

It's what they say to make themselves feel better about the loss of him. They can go sell that flavor of crazy somewhere else because there aint no way in hell anyone should be comfortable with a 2yr player that has never started. Not to mention he now has a concussion.

The Falcons' coaching staff, the community and his team mates could all manage to get four quarters out of a dollar, but gave little concern for the player himself.

The Saints staff and players, the New Orleans community, and the Saints fans throughout the whole Gulf Coast give him a personal reason to excel.

You can have your 100 pennies, but we'll enjoy our Lombardi's.

Dent will be fine. Not to mention Robert James had a nice game against backups. He might get a shot vs starters since Dent will be gone against Cinci.
