Saints LB Barrett Ruud could play against Houston
 

Ruud is among the players listed as possibilities for this game, including several players who were either injured or have sat out practice recently.

Vitt said cornerback Marquis Johnson, after sitting out two days this week, practiced Thursday and has a good chance of playing.

Defensive end Turk McBride, meanwhile, practiced all week and, if all goes well in evaluations the next couple of days, he could see time against the Texans.
