I think Toon likely gets IRed. He hasn't had a chance to learn the offense, and there is no way he gets waived to give other teams a chance to pick him up.

Yep, I'd imagine if he gets tackled roughly and slighly pauses as he gets off the ground they'll drive the cart out there for him and place him on IR before the cart's off the field.
