ESPN Trouble??
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I know this may be off topic, but I've been wondering. Has anyone else been having trouble with the sound on ESPN?? Lately, you can barely hear the vocals from people, but the music is really loud. My roomate said ...

ESPN Trouble??
I know this may be off topic, but I've been wondering. Has anyone else been having trouble with the sound on ESPN?? Lately, you can barely hear the vocals from people, but the music is really loud. My roomate said maybe they've switched to a HDTV sound format, which would screw, oh I dunno, the 150 million Americans without a HDTV compatible system. The ESPYs sounded horrible.
Anyone else notice this in your area? We have Cox Communications down here. |

I have Directv, but I don\'t have HDTV. I can\'t say I\'ve noticed anything wrong with it.

Cox, that\'s in New Orleans, right? I remember being down there for various games last year and seeing them run adds against ESPN because ESPN was raising their prices. Wouldn\'t surprise me if Cox sabotaged the feed as a rib in return for the steeper fee.
