How can you classify Andy Reid, Lovie Smith, Jeff Fisher as HOF Worthy when they haven't even won a Superbowl?!?

Andy Reid and Jeff Fisher are fine coaches - but they haven't won a Superbowl!!!

Lovie Smith? another friendly pick - but he's done more with less than Tomlin - but he's no elite coach...

Coughlin? Do the former broken players and dead bodies he built his career on get a vote?

It's been documented on this entertainment news service that Coughlin was only successful when he shut his mouth, ceased his authoritarian style and let his players play. His success was due in no part to his coaching style or philosophy...

Tomlin? That's a 'friendly' pick and what has he done squat since he took over Bill Cowher's Team? and you want to put him in a HOF Conversation?!?

Tomlin is proof of keep your mouth shut rather than opening it and removing all doubt to others that you're an idiot...

Norv Turner? That's Jim Mora syndrome redux - Norv can't win one meaningful game - and he's elite?!?

Marvin Lewis? I like the man - he is a class act. Probably one of my favorite people in the league. And has he even won a playoff game?

This "friendly" political correctness is grossly incompetent and embarrassing...

Then, then you list Mike McCarthy and Sean Payton? WTH?!? They're the two best coaches on the planet right now?!?

And to even mention Rex Ryan who has done less with more talent than any coach in NFL History?!? Foot fetish and multi-time offender as "unidentified source" aside - this guy's picture is next to the definition of an @$$HAT in the Everyday Man's Dictionary!

Between Woody's Seat Licenses and status quo with Rex Ryan, if I'm a Jets fan, I'd draw a warm bath, select a nice bottle of wine, and open my wrists!

Try the Herm Edwards Category and start with Rex Ryan, Norv Turner, Pat Shurmur...

I can see why this moron is out of coaching...

ESPN, really, I mean, Damn, is there no substance or character; do you have grown up editors & publishers to prevent this kind of embarrassment?

Belichick deserves the title of Best coach right now, and I think Coughlin and Shanahan's records speak for themselves. At the same time I think Sean and Mike are still building their legacies. That said, the rest of his "Hall of Famers" is f***ing absurd and some of his "elite" coaches are worse than "ascending" ones. (I hate the Falcons as much as anyone, but even I will admit that Mike Smith is better than Norv Turner. Not that he should be moved up, but Norv does not deserve the title of "elite" just because he has been around forever.)
