Why wait for Vitt? He's our Linebacker Coach. Same thing as Kromer, a possition coach . Let's bring in someone who has been a Head Coach, not to call plays but make decisions. Hold Players accountable. Light a fire, Yell at Refs, sit Players down ( Ingram, ellis, Strief). We can't allow more of this!

I am not saying there aren't any qualified minority coaches available, but the Saints would have to abide by the Rooney Rule.

If Herm Edwards han't run his mouth when the bounty crap 1st broke, I had hoped the Saints would have hired him.

Leadership and respect have to be earned. You can not hire that, bringing in another HC would just give you another warm body on the sidelines.

Gruden or Tuna would be the only two that could show up with instant leadership and respect.

The problem with our defense right now is not the players or the coach... Its the players faith in the coaches plan.

Nice try, but FALSE. Joe Vitt is ASSISTANT HEAD COACH as well as Linebackers coach. That's not an assistant coach, or position coach, like all the others, he actually IS Assistant Coach to Head Coach Sean Payton. Big difference. Not the same thing as "another assistant coach." He is over the other assistant coaches in the staff hierarchy, and was that way even before the suspensions.

Kromer is our O-Line coach. He is now doubling as head coach and what is suffering?

Our O-Line... A line that was never this big of an issue.
