In the military, you don't have to like it, you just have to do it. Doing your job means looking at every aspect of what you are supposed to do, understanding it and preparing for anything that could go wrong while you are trying to do it, then making sure it absolutely gets done one way or another, because if you don't get your job done, somebody dies. You don't get to come back next week and try again. You get one shot and one shot only. To do this you need to be committed, focused and determined. These traits come into play in everyone's life and in all occupations. You can see the individual that is focused, committed and determined, they are usually the successful people, this team right now doesn't show any semblance of those traits and it's a good thing they're only playing a GAME. A person would think that if they are making Millions of Dollars for playing a GAME that they would at least try to apply themselves to the task at hand. These guys don't look as though they've even opened the book to even find out what they're supposed to do. Just saying.
