With Will Smith finally suspended, if that suspension starts after the bye, will we see Wilson start at the DE position?

I think the line will eventually end up being

LE Gallette,
DT Bunkley,
DT Hicks,
RE Wilson

Rotating in at DT & DE (But mostly DT, especially on Passing Downs)- Cam Jordan & Will Smith

If Martez Wilson makes some plays, definitely the end...

And we can recoup that money for more help at Safety, Defensive Line, Offensive Tackle...

I feel as if this defense will improve and end up being extremely good therefore making our team one of the best if not the best team in the league before all is said and done. I just worry that we'll knock ourselves out of playoff contention before that happens. The next 3 games will pretty much decide our season in my mind; if we can somehow get back to .500 I think we are in excellent shape. All 3 games are games I think that we can and should win. Of course that's pretty much a given, but the point I'm trying to make is that the defense will improve to the point where I think we can roll of a bunch of consecutive wins if we survive the coming weeks.

I'd prefer Galette at RDE for now. He seems much more complete than Wilson, at this point.

Yeah; Wilson seems more of a pure pass rusher. I have more faith in Galette stopping the run...

A nice mixture of Galette and Wilson in Will Smith's place makes me happy! Galette gets the nod as the starter with a healthy dose of Martez on 3rd and longs.

I haven't given up on Cam. He's been much better at containing his side on the run than Smith. Smith is just too slow now. It seems like my grandmother could get around him.

I think Cam Jordan is our best DE, and possibly our best D-lineman overall.

He's looking like the DE we hoped he'd be when we drafted him.
