Also the weight room! I have seen dudes who come in to the pros and they don't really look like much, you give them an off season or two in a real pro weight room with real NFL caliber trainers, and next thing you know all of a sudden they get the huge arms and thighs and big shoulders and start to look like real football players out there.

This is exactly what kept happening constantly during the past two seasons, and that is why I'm not at all missing his presence even with the CB woes.
