Either that or she figured the $$ wasn't worth the hit to her credibility if the real evidence came out in court and was found to be lacking. Seeing as this is more of a possibility now, she could've done the "blackjack-dealer ending a shift move"- clap the hands, turn them over, and get out of Dodge. |
