Ginsberg has already had Williams, Cerello, & Der Kommisar served with one... They are still filing documents on those for a decision by the judge.

May as well get the papwerwork submitted for Kennedy & Childress.

May be why the league doesn't want to give Ginsberg a free crack at breaking their testimony...

Fair and impartial mediation is a reasonalbe expection in any collective bargaining agreement between labor and managment. If one side or the other does not give or get impartial mediation, the court has the authority to step in. That's not just specific to the NFL CBA that's all CBA's.

But I'm probably preaching to the choir here.

Let's see if this decision gets reversed now...

If it stands with TAG as arbitrator the court decision is still pending - Ginsberg will use this decision in court as continued bias and unfair process.
