Tick Tock Tick Tock.....Almost here!!
 

Two more hours to go and Santa will be making his way down the chimney to bring us our 1st Saints preseason game. And in a lot of ways, it's just like Christmas morning. You hope you get the present you want, but sometimes all you get is a pair of socks!!

When this years version of the Saints take the field, I'm hoping to see some of the rookies look like they are ready to contribute to the Saints 2004 season. I hope to see a disciplined team out there.

One great thing about tonights game is it doesn't matter if the Jets offense runs or passes more. We'll need to know if they can stop either one. Should be interesting to say the least.

But, most of all, I pray we avoid any injuries!! Injuries happen, and we always seem to have more than our fair share of them. At some point, the Saints have to catch a break. The Saints aren't what I classify as being a "lucky" team throughout their history.

If this is going to be the year, we need lady luck to be on our side. That starts tonight. Good luck boys and go kick some ***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
