Everyone over last night? Good!

We have plenty of inspirational speculation to do before Monday Night prime time football against the Eagles and lets not waste any of it!

Vick: Poses a very interesting discussion.. Do we get turnover happy Vick, playing for his career Vick or do rumors come true and we face Nick Foles..

McCoy will give us fits.

Who will show up to face the Eagles Defense? 40 burger Saints or our niche' 3- out offense? Prime time and in the dome is usually our big night... who knows this year.

Discuss... Please no gloom and doom... Id like one "happy place" to visit here...

After the way the Saints played vs RGIII and Cam Newton Vick might actually be encouraged to run vs passing.

Oh... we are here to discuss..

Only a fool would try to call it or bet on it... No one knows who will actually show up and play on either side of the field at this point for both teams.

Because of it being Monday Night in the Dome, backs against the wall, I do believe the Saints will come alive for this one.

The way we have been playing, at least I'm not going to be all nervous and anxious. I just hope we can keep Brees and Co healthy at this point.

Since we haven't had back to back losses since way back in weeks 3 & 4, I believe & hope we light the Eagles up. Got some Philly fan friends coming over to watch, so we better step up. I'd almost rather have Vick in the game than another newbie.

Eagles are up against the wall also. Both teams are desperate for a win. The Eagles will watch RG3 tape from week one.

Can we get Kromer back as acting Head Coach, I think he does a better acting job than Vitt. But serious the hand is dealt now it comes down to smaller milestones like sweeping Atlanta. But thanks for the memories Gregg Williams!

Anyway. We'll have to settle for small victories this season.

So for the Philly game, I'd like to see our younger players like Hicks, Gallette and Wilson get more playing time.

I think Vilma will have a much better game alongside Lofton and vice versa.

Philly's D is no match for our offense so for my own mental victory I'd like to see us hang more on Philly than Atlanta just did.

I think the Saints will get better effort out of the defense in the friendly confines of the Superdome!!

Reality... We probably will lose this game. Our defense is just too poor. I don't think they fully accept the new scheme and haven't bought into it. Even the two wins we have were close and we got some good calls to go our way.

The Eagles are proving "the experts" wrong who picked them as 'the team to beat' once again this year ... I don't understand the attraction with this team.

Vick played without any turnovers last week, but the Eagles' offense is still not anything to get stressed over. The Eagle defense let Matty 'Ice' throw for 3 TDs and QB rating of 137.5 ... not too shabby, :lol:.

You have to ask yourself if the Saints' defense is more capable of stopping Vick than the Eagles' defense will be at stopping Drew Brees.

It's in the Dome, it's Monday Night, no distractions like a new coach coming in this week, Vick is going to run all night, but you pass to score & Brees is going to light up Philly's defense ... I like New Orleans in this one, :mrgreen:.

What does it matter who their quarterback is? We don't play well against rookies or veterans.

I'm gonna walk into the Merse.. the Mercyde.. The DOME with my head up and hope I can walk out without getting taunted by Eagles fans. I do NOT want to spend the night in Central Lockup, but I purposely did not book the night in a hotel, just in case that happened. ;-]]

Maybe the ole switcharoo will backfire on Reid.

Could be that we get confused preparing for 2 QB's, and since we've played confused all season we might counter our original confusion with new confusion resulting in our players actually being in the right location accidentally.

This is all my fault. I dont know what Im wearing thats wrong, but Im either not wearing the right rooting towels, or picking the wrong jersey for the wrong
week. I also need to paint my back window on my truck with a giant fleur de lis to get taunted by all the Texans fans here. Probably wash my truck.

I have no idea how the game will go. Theres a good chance we will suck.
Or maybe we'll suck, but Drew Brees will throw for 600 yards, and we win on
a technicality like we did vs. Tampa. Or maybe we will take all the pieces where we dominated the other team for 3 or 4 minutes in the past few games, (except denver) string them together and play a full 60 minute game.

But I have GOT to figure out the correct way to decorate my balcony, truck,
and self. And If my wife stops being PO'd at me, I'll decorate her. Also I havent figured out the right way to stand this year. If I do all this right, we WILL win. Everybody FOCUS!

Vick will play... He will be told to play the old Vick way if he wants to save his career. Reids intent is for Vick to get hurt like he usually does when he plays the Vick way and Reid wont have to make a decision on a QB.

Expect Vick to run a lot.
