The robbery of us has allowed a joke NFC to possibly happen

There's the possibility a rookie qb could take his team to a sb if his team wins their division and therefore getting a first round bye and 2 seed.

And it wouldnt have happened if they went to our dome in the playoffs.

They do need to play the 2 games before they reach the Super Bowl even with the Wild Card week bye, so I don't know what the original point was about really?!

Passing is over-rated!

Yes this year passing is overrated. The pass first offenses are not really dominating the NFC and packers haven't won their division yet. If bears win out they win it. If vikings win out they win it.

I think its time to stop calling the NFL a qb league if Russell Wilson ends up with a superbowl ring as a rookie.

Like its not easy to win at home when you're playing at Qwest field.

They certainly have a good home-field advantage, but I wouldn't go as far as saying that it is "easy" for Seattle to win at home.

Their home record over the past decade:

2000: 3-5
2001: 6-2
2002: 3-5
2003: 8-0
2004: 5-3
2005: 8-0
2006: 5-3
2007: 7-1
2008: 2-6
2009: 4-4
2010: 5-3
2011: 4-4
2012: 6-0 (W14)

So. while they overall have a positive home record over the past decade - they do drop some games at home and I would go as far as saying that there probably are teams with better overall home records during this time frame than Seattle, but I'll leave that claim as unchecked.

They're 2-5 away from Qwest Field ... eventually they'll have to take that show on the road to win it all & it'll be a repeat of SuperBowl XL ... if they even get that far. I don't see it happening.

This year they are undefeated at home and also those years they were bad they did not have a good run defense. But look at those numbers before 2008 and after 2009 when they were not really contenders. They have only also lost at home in January to the rams back in 2004.

Well, you also have to remember that three of those home games every single season are against the NFC West teams, a division that has been the weakest in the NFC for quite a few years, much like their counterpart on the AFC side.

Re: The robbery of us has allowed a joke NFC to possibly happen

I said in the NFC. The 49ers have shut down both us and the packers on our home fields. Colin Kaepernick could win a superbowl this year. How can this still be a qb league if this happens? And be careful on the AFC because the ravens have played the pats enough times they know how to rattle them when they want to and pats unleashed their game plan on them early in the season before giving the game away. Ravens are set to go to pats in divisional or AFC title game. This matchup is happening because the texans are losing to Denver or Baltimore. Ravens can certainly finally get there especially if they land the texans in divisional round. Because, I'm sorry to say, Denver isn't gonna bail Manning out of a blizzard in Foxborough. And Denver's only shot at a sb is getting the texans, then ravens. But if NE gets them first, then Baltimore is certainly capable of upsetting and two defensive teams playing in the sb. Houston is not a cold weather team furthermore. I saw this blowout coming Houston also has been on a three game road trip. This loss is nothing but an exaggeration. They do have the film on NE now which is what smart teams do to win championships.
