How bout it so far?
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Sounds like we're holdin' our own against the run, but Ambrose just CAN'T be staring in 3 weeks...I love the guy but... The dropsies? Uh oh....

How bout it so far?
We looked really good against the run I thought. Green had the one run for 24-yards. But he only had 2 yards total on the other 5 runs. The Packers rushed the ball 8 times for 28 yards. I can live with that.
The secondary did not look good though. Favre threw a couple of damn good passes, but we had guys totally out of place in the secondary. Some positives, some negatives. I feel better about the run defense but I am VERY concerned about our pass defense. More to come. Gotta go watch the game. |

How bout it so far?
Watson looked pretty good on the first couple series. That is good.
I agree that Ambrose is right now the weak link in the secondary. F. Brown made a nice play though. |
