Don't know which was more shocking...

Stephen A. Smith is truly uncomfortable where we just went (end of video)...

He's still a tool. Apology accepted. He's still a tool.

I agree, he needs to apologize for everything that comes out his mouth.

I respect stephen a smith for publicly apologizing. Takes a real man to do what he did. Apology accepted. Thank you Stephen @stephenasmith

He's been very quiet on anything bounty related in a long time - I would love for him to win big in his defamation suit. I imagine the NFL is working hard to try and make it go away.

I tend to garee with Vilma on this one. Not a whole lot of people would do that.

I really dislike Stephen A. Smith and only appreciate the fact that he seems to annoy Skip Bayless, who I equally dislike ... but, I will acknowledge that he manned-up for once in making this apology, :golfclap:.

This guy was way out of line. Howard Cosell left MNF for what was perceived as racist comments, I seriously hope Rob Parker is forced to do the same. One more :golfclap: is awarded to Stephen A. Smith for having the wherewithall to know that Parker was way offbase and to feel uncomfortable ... I think I'm starting to warm up to the guy,.

Rg!!! - YouTube

I also saw Stephen A. disagree with Warren Moon, when Moon made the moronic statement several weeks ago that he felt like Cam Newton was being judged differently because he's black. Stephen was asked on espn if he agreed with Warren, and he said "actually, no"... and he went on to say how things have changed a lot and racism really isn't a problem in sports anymore. He also said "white America deserves a lot of credit" or something like that. I was really quite stunned.

And he's right, all that stuff changed a long time ago. If anything, I think you could make a strong case that Warren is a racist for suggesting that people are racist just for criticizing a player who has clearly been a train wreck, on and off the field this year. I look at Tony Romo, a white guy of course, and he is a walking punchline for journalists and fans, even though he hasn't had near the off the field drama. I don't see Warren Moon coming to his defense. Speaking for myself, I have no problem criticizing anyone regardless of what color they are. And conversely, I have no problem giving due credit to anyone.

As for Rob Parker... What can I possibly say to that rant? Unbelievable.

Actually, Tony Romo is a 4th generation Mexican-American. :-)

I always thought he was Caucasian until he had a TV spot during the Hispanic Heritage Month couple of years back.

"I have nothing to say other than I apologize." Stephen Smith

Took him 4 and a half minutes to say it.
