NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said he doesn't owe the four previously suspended players the league connected to the New Orleans Saints bounty scandal an apology during a press conference at the league owners' meetings in Irving, Texas on Wednesday.

"Commissioner Tagliabue said there's no one here who should feel good about their role in this with respect to the Saints," Goodell said. "This is something that people made judgments. None of those people should feel good about those judgments. To have a bounty program where you're targeting players for injury, it's completely unacceptable in the NFL, it's clear that occurred for three years despite all of the denials."

Remember when we were all supposedly crazy, delusional fans and just couldn't accept the "truth"? Haha... Yeah, I know I remember that.
No matter what came up to bring his so called evidence into question, he always said the same thing he has said today. "There is no place for that in this league" blah blah blah. Nevermind the fact that he was being questioned because of a lack of proof to show those things even occurred. Now, despite the bizarre nature of yesterdays ruling, it nevertheless has proven all of us right. Yet he still uses the same line to defend his actions, when most of his rulings have been thrown out.

The fact that they weren't ALL thrown out is what makes it bizarre. The rationale used does not add up.

Not even Scott Fujita can get an apology from this joker. I would be offended if I was remotely interested in what he had to say anyway. I really just want him to go away.

If its "so evident" and "clear" it went on for three years. Then u should have no problem winning the law suit against Vilma should u???? Why did u turn the case over to Tagliabu???? Goodell just stop talking u fat red headed piece of sh*t. U and the league and all the other saints haters got what u wanted out of our season. I hope y'all got joy and satisfaction out of our embarrassment y'all put us through. But beware next season y'all are gonna regret f**king with the best organization and team the NFL has ever seen. We had the lowest percentage of injury causing hits for any team in those 3 years, all these cart off hits they talk about

In 3 years all I can remember from hits that players needed help
