this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Getting the feeling the Saints are feigning non-interest to limit the offers that Bushrod receives... Backup plan is currently Charlie Brown... David Quessenberry would be my primary target, to be taken in the third round... Really liked Eric Fisher, and he went off at the Senior Bowl (Good for him/Bad for Us)... |

If the Saints don't make a move on Bushrod, expect a first or third round pick to be spent on Left Tackle...
This is risky, really risky, even though Drew's protection is based on Drew sitting behind the Merlons of his Guards and Center... We use the Left Tackle more for running game and for sealing off outside for wheels and swing passes to Sproles and screens to Thomas... |
