Re: Saban to N.O.
And Brees gets traded to Dallas to follow Payton, and Graham refuses to sign without Brees here, Loomis gets fired due to the exodus so that leaves us in cap hell so we have to cut Harper, Evans, Bushrod, Henderson, Vilma, Smith, DLP, and Morstead (the most damaging departure in NFL history) and we become the 1-15 bottom-dwellers for the next 10 years.
Ain't speculation fun? |

I'm not sure about Cowher.... he's been out too long and I think the game has passed him by

Re: Saban to N.O.
Here's a second scenario that's the most likely out of all of them. Dallas wins the NFC east in a tie break with the redskins and jerry jones doesn't fire jason garret, all this payton leaving bull **** drys up and he signs with the saints again. meanwhile the media switches to the next sensationalist story for 3 months, maybe reggie bush will start dating a kardashian or tebow will leak a sex tape? one can only hope

Re: Saban to N.O.
I say Saban gave college coaches transferring to the NFL a bad name; he and Petrino. Apparently good college coaching skills don't necessarily transfer into good NFL coaching skills.

Hey, I got a new thread title: Assuming Nick Saban is going to be our next coach. It must be 4:20. The last 3 threads I've visited. "Saban to N.0", "Lets Trade Brees for Cam Newton," and "Hey, Lets Throw the Dallas Game." I need a drink. |
