Re: Next Year's Schedule

Seattles defense is getting to be just as good, if not better than the 49ers...

Their defense does not bother me... This is what scares me.

48 points against SF -- only the Pats broke 30 against the 49ers
50 points against the Bills -- other than the 49ers no one else broke 40 against them
58 Points against the Cards --- No one else broke 35 against the Cards

Re: Next Year's Schedule

Well I don't think we get swept by Atlanta thats for sure. they should have done that this season. I can't see SF winning again in our dome. And the years SF has played the NFC South they have been disappointing, with 3-13, 5-11, and 6-10 seasons. I'm more worried about skins and cowboys than giants. They are not a dome team. I think dolphins is gonna be one of the traps along with rams. I hope we don't get bears they will schedule us in December if we do.

If you'll go back and check the stats, you'll see that a very large part of those points being scored were the turnovers they created. They run the ball well, but aren't an especially explosive offense. They are nowhere without their D. Also one correction, they scored 42 against the Niners, not 48. Nevertheless that is a high number, but again, they have been getting turnovers at a ridiculous rate. I don't think it will last for them, and I expect a first round exit.

Why do we have to go to Chicago again? Isn't it their turn to come down?

Re: Next Year's Schedule

I agree with Oak.
Looking at the schedule, minus the division games and conference games, the rest is pretty much the same.
You trade out Oakland Raiders this yera for another team.

not much differnt.

Too hard now to see who, where , what teams with have whom playing and coaching next year.

After SB, whatever teams get there, some players get moved .
You now pretty much know which coaching staffs will not be back next year, but no one knows which staffs will take that place.

I understand what some are saying about 8-8 this year for a better rank in areas for draft, whatnot.

Nah, Saints have to finish 2012, 8-8, .500 .
They need this for the here and now.

Schedules and locations are set for years. The only thing thats arbitrary are the schedule dates and times. Its based on order of finish in your division.
