There needs to be a lot of wholesale personnel changes after this season. I don't even know where to begin. There are so many holes in this team right now. I know having Payton back is going to be a huge boost, but I wonder just how many players on the current roster will be on the unemployment line. I know I have my "wish list" of players that I want gone, but how loyal is the organization going to be with these guys or will they finally cut their losses? With the salary cap situation, it is going to be interesting to see who will remain standing. I just know that I am glad that the season from Hell is finally over.

Quite a bit of the defense to start... And many who catch the football... Way too many drops this year.

I really want a new defense. A big huge hungry beat your face in defense.

I am tired of watching all defensive plays either with my hands over my face or on my knees, praying for a miracle.

It would be a lot easier for me to name the players I want to keep on defense over the ones I want gone. Jordan, Lofton, Hicks, Gallette, Wilson, Johnson, and Greer are the players that come to mind. There are some that I am indifferent about and others that I would rather see as Wal-Mart greeters. I honestly think Spags' job is safe, so we need players in here that FIT his system. It obviously couldn't be done in one season, but improvements have to be made next year. After becoming the worst defense in NFL history, there is nowhere to go but up!

We don't need wholesale changes, we need a few changes, which is about all we can afford anyway.

I would even say Oline before dbs. Some of the young guys stepped up towards the end there. With a solid front the DBs will look a lot better.

Personally I'd love to see Rex Ryan fired from the Jets and become the Saints next defensive coordinator
