Iīm gonna add some more pics in the next couple of minutes! This should only give you guys a short impression of a weekend I still canīt believe happened. The city was buzzing and we were right in the middle of it. It was really nice to head back to New Orleans and I thought a lot has changed since 2007 (student at Tulane back then) and I really had a good time. It was nice seeing all the Saints Fans supporting our team, but still having a good time with all the Ravens and 49er fans, which I think were really nice folks. I was kinda worried because there were some rumours about the 49er fanbase being a rowdy bunch, but all the people I met were really nice.
Cam Newton was reeaaaaaaaaally nice to all kids and people at the NFL experience so that kinda change my opinion about him. Still donīt like him since he is a Panther ;) but he was really nice.
Meeting Jimmy at the party was great since he is a my favourite player. Sproles was cool, I talked to him quiet a bit about being from Austria why we got here and stuff like that. I told him that I watched every Saints game from 2007 up until today, even night games were I had to get up at 2:30. He couldnīt believe it :) So later on he took us inside the VIP area, which was really nice. Wasnīt that great in there anyway, but to say that Darren Sproles took you in there makes it a lot better.
Canīt wait to get back to Nwalins, this time for a couple of Saints games. Probably not this season since Iīm low on money but maybe in 2014 if the schedule is good to go there for a week (2 games, maybe one primetime game).
