How many ways can Goodell hurt the Saints in 2013?
 

Undoubtedly Godhell is still fuming about Tagliabues decision and still wants to hurt our team. There is no doubt in my mind that he will try to cripple the Saints again. How many ways could he attempt to do it?
For example not giving back our 2nd round draft pick. He could schedule us a Thursday night game followed up by an early game accross the country on Sunday?

#1 he could delay/deny Sean Payton's request for re-instatement.

He could claim that the pics of SP partying while suspended tarnished "The Shield"

Personally, it would really break my heart if he resigned and moved to Burundi. I sure hope he doesn't do that.

a little off topic, but they need to clean house at the NFL from top to bottom. goodell needs to **** off with the scapegoating and all these rules designed to 'protect' players who aren't smart enough to protect their own bodies.

I guess he could tell the referees to call it tight on our games. Do you think he would go there? Is it feasible? Just how many people can he involve?
He could reopen the eavsdropping investigation and I don't believe that is beneath him.

Schedule. They are going to eff us over with the schedule. Teams will get long weeks to prepare for us, and the Saints will get series of brutal games bunched all in a row.They've done it before.I predict the Panthers are going to get a cupcake schedule next year to try and make them and Cam competitive, the way they've been giving Atlanta subtle breaks in schedule and timing, to try and get them to "rise up." I'll bet they give us Chicago early in the season so we have to play a new team and new coach with no film to prepare. Seattle one week and New England the next, late in the season, so the team has to fly all over the place from coast to coast and play outdoors in the dead of winter. And Atlanta on a short week with the Falcons getting a bye or a regular or long week to prepare. If I wanted to get at the Saints through the schedule, that's how I'd do it.
