chad brown's impact?

I know before his 1st injury a few years back he was a freaking monster. Best LB on the field. But I don\'t know if he ever got back to 100% from his first injury.

I\'m just glad we\'re talking about some other team\'s injuries for a change.

Chad would be entering his 12th NFL season. The highest number of sacks he ever had was 8 in 2001. He had 7 sacks last year. But the guy has been a tackling machine. He has regularly put up 100+ tackle seasons.

However, his play has been slipping the past couple of seasons. Mainly due to injury. He only played 8 games in 2002 and missed 2 games last year.

The Seahawks were counting on Chad pretty heavily this year. I\'m not sure who will replace Chad, but I don\'t think Ray Rhodes is going to change much in the way the defense plays.

Edit: The most sacks Chad had was 13 when he was with the Steelers in 96.
