still say a tax payer not suing for money should go after the nfl for the loss of picks as unjustified by the other penalties imposed by the nfl that has done enough damage to marketability of the saints name. Time for the tax payers to step up and protect their investment. something the state should be doing.

demand the nfl prove it and demand they protect the revenue the nfl promised tax payers when they held the state of Louisiana hostage in talks to keep the saints in the state.

Just because tax payers have never held the nfl responsible for their action before does not mean it can happen.

Rumour has it he survived on a private stash of TANG & Space Food Sticks kept by the NFL offices for just this type of situation.

For those of you not familiar with TANG or Space Food Sticks, both were marketed in the late '60s/early '70s as being developed for/by NASA and the space program.
