Well Ingals has prior experience coaching OL so that part might be ok.

The New Orleans Saints will interview Jacksonville Jaguars assistant coach Ron Prince for the running backs coach position, according to a report on the website CoachingSearch.com.

The report, authored by Pete Roussel, said current Saints running backs coach Bret Ingalls will move to offensive line coach to replace Aaron Kromer, who left to become the offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears.

Prince has served as the assistant offensive line for the Indianapolis Colts (2010-2011) and Jaguars for the last three seasons. He was the head coach at Kansas State University from 2006 to 2008, where he coached current Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman.

Keep in mind that Kromer was our RB Coach before being move to OL Coach as well.

I believe the move to Ingals signifies an effort to try to continue what Kromer was doing with the O-line, and that the philosophy wouldn't change.
