Apparently we need to keep Ivory around to motivate Ingram.

Ivory has no affect on Ingram's motivation. Where'd you get that from?

Love what leighton said trade Ingram keep Ivory. You didn't see anything out of Ingram till Ivory stated smoking his arse. I for one not sold on Ingram. If Ivory would get the carries they have been giving Ingram you would see the difference between those two. Ingram has had injury issues also so Ivory is not the only one.

Ingram had 156 carries this past season and didnt get injured once
Ivory had 7-9 carries vs the falcons and then missed 3 weeks

Ingram is coming along and is durable, i for one prefer the durable back compared to the amazing play then injured type that ivory is

Ivory could be one of the very best in the league. Scratch that, he is one of the best. But the guy is an injury waiting to happen. I remember one game his rookie year he got injured came back in and got another injury, came back in and got another injury. Three separate injuries in one game!

I love watching him but it just isn't worth keeping him around. Just hope we don't have to play whoever he winds up with.

I remember this past off-season the dude got injured while rehabbing an injury.

If someone could guarantee me he'd play 16 games injury free, I'd trade PT, Ingram AND Sproles because we wouldn't need any of them.

Both are new to their positions, so I do understand the confusion.

Hahaha! What a dumbass! It still seems our best solution is to cut him loose... unless Loomis comes up with some more of his magic. I don't see how we can afford four RBs with everything else we need this coming season.

He's got to get out of our division at the least. I like him too much to really root against him, but I would if he went to the Failclowns. Good thing he didnt end up running against us last year, even crippled he probably would have went for a buck and a quarter, at least. Hope for the best for the guy.

I guess it's kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy, I mean the deal with his last name and his tendency to get injured, since ivory is actually a fairly brittle material even though it looks strong and hard on the outside.

It started sometime during the interim interim coaches period I think. I can't remember the game and I don't really feel like going through all my DVR's to find out.
Oh wait, I think it was after the game when Sproles broke his hand and Ivory and Chris were splitting carries. Ingram just started running harder and harder as the game went on because I vory was killing the defense.
Anyway, after that Ingram seemed to be playing with more attitude.
