If the line can play up to its potential. It will help hide the weak secondary. The linebackers are going to be real key we need Watson to be as good as Nick Barnett was for the packers. Knowing Venturi that tricky son of gun will have some great blitz packages ready to go.

VENTURI WILL PROBABLY MAKE COURTNEY WATSON LOOK LIKE RAY LEWIS.
I KNOW THIS THOUGH VENTURI, COURTNEY, GREEN,GRANT, AND THE FRESH PRINCE WILL CARRY THE DEFENSE INTO THE TOP 10 BUT WILL HAVE THERE BACKS TO THE WALL WITH SUCH A SORRY QB.

SAINTS CANCERS- HASLETT. BROOKS, HORN, MICHEAL LEWIS, AND AN OVERRATED BOO WILLIAMS.

VENTURI EARNS OUR RESPECT BECAUSE HE TALKS TO NICK SABAN AND WILL MUSCHAMP OF LSU. HONESTLY VENTURI IS THE BEST COACH ON THE SAINTS OTHER THAN PEASE AND I HATE ANOTHER YEAR WASTED BECAUSE WE ARE WAITING ON BROOKS TO BECOME A LEADER. YEA 24 TOUCHDOWNS 8 INT. Venturi became too much of a scape goat for people when we do not have a linebacker or a corner and the d-line just started developing. All of the good defenses in the league have at least one big name guy on defense. We don\'t have one howard and grant have potential.

And yes, I believe that our season is directly related to Brooks\' performance. If he excels consistently ALL year we will be in the playoffs. Thats just my opinion though. And I believe this is make or break year for both haz and venturi. If the saints do not go to the playoffs I think it is time to possibly look for new coaches.

Venturi is the best HIGH SCHOOL Coach in Louisiana maybe!!! This guy hasn\'t done anything so lets see he has earned ZERO in the respect category. Being an assistant for the organizaion forever sure thank you for being a team player there Venturi but as for as anthing else goes... he should move on... can his ass. Our D maybe good for different reasons, personnel, line coach and Hasslett stepping in... As for our D shocking people... you\'re just creating hype... Hype will only bite you in the ass.
