No News on Roman Harper Puzzling

My first post!

Anyway, I like most on these boards would like to see Harper gone. But lets be reasonable... I really don't think Harper has much trade value at this point. If we are lucky we can get a 5th rounder for him.

Does anyone know how many more years he has on his contract? I too was waiting to hear that he was cut by Tuesday, but I wonder how much of a cap hit we would have taken. I'm also surprised Loomis and company did not ask him to restructure his contract.

Shanle passed them on to him. So expect to have ole Harper at least another 4 yrs

The didn't cut him because they didn't have to. They'll hold onto him until they find something better. Don't think for a second they aren't out there shopping.

I agree. You can't just cut Harper without having a valid replacement for him lined up. Finding that replacement isn't going to be as easy as some would have you believe.
