Will We Miss Aaron Kromer?

It's not just luck that our running game picked up when Kromer came back to his O-line duties. I believe that we will miss him more than most realise. We have been shifting players in and out of the line up and doing well at sliding in another player and not missing a beat.
Our O-line has been successful and I'm just curious if they will maintain the high level of success that we have become accustomed to?:bng:

To some degree. But like when Marrone left for Syracuse, Kromer stepped in and we were fine. As long as the principles and system remains the same, it should be a smooth transition.

As long as the Payton stays the same... All else will fall into place.

I think we will. Especially since we are dealing with a new starting left tackle.

New coach might be feeling the heat right now. Charles Brown needs to start earning his pay.The FO invested a 2nd rd pick for this guy to fill this need. His health has held him back. It is his position to take . SEIZE THE DAY!!!

Absolutely not! We have some phenomenal players on the interior of the O-Line and as long as the new coach understands that we build the line from the inside out then we'll be fine. We've had mediocre left and right tackle's under Kromer and we've been fine so I don't think there will be anything different.

Tony Soprano is already working his magic...
However Sean Payton smacked the back of his head when he suggested Tebow and the wildcat.

Depends on how good his replacement is.

My bad guys... I really thought we hired him a few months ago.
I honestly don't know who the Offensive line coach is

Re: Will We Miss Aaron Kromer?

I give Kromer a lot of credit. The Saints offensive lines always seemed to be better than the sum of their parts.

Bushrod was a 4th rounder
Jarhi Evans was a 4th rounder
Carl Nicks was a 5th rounder
De La Puente was undrafted

Only time will tell if we'll miss him, but I think he did a great job while he was here and I wish him the best in Chicago. I think he's got his work cut out for him there.

Kromer did a great job after Marrone. We need Sparano to keep the coaching scheme, method and blocking calls consistent. We should be able to find someone capable of filling Bushrod's shoes and Drew and a strong run game should make the pass blocking better.

Don't even joke about signing Tebow. I'd rather break AB out of the seventh level of hell to fill in.

It's always a concern. With a hole on the left we don't need the line learning a whole new scheme
