Brown was also a RT and we moved him to LT. His rookie year he played 8 games at RT before getting hurt.We need someone who can start and he has the talent to. Fluker would give depth to a OT position that has the worst depth on the team.

The most important thing is now we have Butler, Bunkley, Lewis, Jordan and a couple others that escape my mind that have played and have experience in the 3-4 system.

If we can add Nnamdi that would make yet another player that knows the 3-4 system.

This transition is becoming smoother and smoother

I think thats why I like the signing a bit more than the typical up & coming back-up with starter potential.

Every new coach likes to bring in a few players that already know his system and can help coach up the players around him.

Sort of a player/assistant coach kinda thing.
SaintnDE likes this.

Can you still play, Danno? You seem to know something about the 3-4 ...

The way its going recently I'm about 3 po-boys from catching up to Rob Ryan.

Maybe a 2-gap NT for a 6' and under league?

Again I don't know a whole lot about Butler before the talk about him recently. I hope he's as good addition as all ya'll think. I'm just happy everyone else is so stoked. Gives me hope.

After spending a couple of weeks visiting every other team in the league, I'd bet he threw a couple of zeros off the plane and came in cap friendly.
