He was very raw coming out of college. Thats why so many teams passed on him. He was picked with the 24th pick. At least 4 teams passed on him.

Rodgers would've been ready to start earlier than he did, and as much has been stated by numerous talkinghead NFL experts in the past.

All we need is a guy who could step in for a series or two. Anything more than that and there's not a back-up in the league who'd offer much more than McCown does.

He's gonna hold a clipboard and place the ball for kicks.

That's very cheap, especially considering that Daniel would've counted around six times as much against the cap, if he would've been re-signed to a similar contract he got from the Chiefs.
