why cant our team execute?

Hey BMG, your question intrigued me and in response, that is the organizations biggest problem, they don\'t manage their talent. We have arguably one of, if not the most talented team in the NFL, yet we\'ve struggled week to week for the last 3 years and why? Because the organization does not know how to be lead it\'s own players. We keep changing one coach here, another there and it keeps getting worse in my opinion. We might need a head coaching change after this season, but what we need right now is a leader in the organization and I don\'t care who, to step up and take charge. Make the players accountable and stop always trying to cover sh@@ up. Bench players when they need to be benched and cut them when they need to be cut. I say if after three years you are still not producing or making the same damn mistakes you should be gone. So somebody needs to step up and take charge.

I personally think we\'ve ruined Aaron Brooks, and he\'s not the problem so far.

Halo, you so rarely weigh in on this discussion that I\'d really like to hear more in detail what you mean. I agree that Brooks wasn\'t the problem per se in last weekend\'s game. But I\'d really like to hear your take on how the organization manages the talent we have.

Halo, with all the excitement of the past few days it would be easy to miss this post, I\'d really like to hear your take on this. :mic1:
