New Orleans Saints' rookies have been assigned jersey numbers
 

Safety Kenny Vaccaro, the first-round pick of the New Orleans Saints in last week's NFL draft and the rest of the rookies - both drafted an undrafted - have been assigned jersey numbers.

Vaccaro, the All-Big 12 performer who wore No. 4 at Texas, will wear No. 32 for the Saints. No. 32 became available this offseason when the Saints released cornerback Johnny Patrick.

The first of the Saints' two third-round picks, offensive tackle Terron Armstead, will wear No. 72, while the second of the third-round picks, defensive tackle John Jenkins, will don jersey No. 92.

Receiver Kenny Stills, a fifth-round selection, has chosen No. 82, and sixth-round linebacker Rufus Johnson is set to wear No. 59.

This Martin kid could at least be a good special teamer with the way he navigates himself to the ball carrier, but that alone won't allow him to make the 53.
