If Hanson's opened in front of the Superdome for Saints' Sundays...

What flavor Sno-Cone would you take in to the Dome?

Don't forget to add the condensed milk, for those aficionados...

For a moment there, I thought you were talking about the boyband.

Half Blackberry, Half Strawberry Condensed milk. The dumpster size.

My usual is cherry with condensed milk.
End of last summer I started back on the spearmint sno-ball kick.

For security purposes I'd have to go with colorless anything because my green spearmint lips/mouth/poop could be considered a weapon of mass destruction and wouldn't want to miss the 1st quarter.

Ok for us dumb asses.... What is a Hanson's snow cone?

Well for one, its a snow ball not a snow cone. A snow cone is a yankee thing. Hard little squares of ice with syrup on them.

A snow ball is just like snow, finely shaved ice that melts with ease. My all time fave has to be spearmint with condensed milk. Some snow ball stand once named it the grass hopper.

@Homer- Hansons is New Orleans oldest and one of the first (if not the first) snow ball stands. It has been around forever and till this day, there are still lines outside the door to get in on a hot summer day.

I've never had snow cone like that, here they are just shaved ice served with fruit juice or pina colada or copious amounts of booze, what you just described sounds maple taffy, or if you want to get really tedious about it 'tire d'erable' (at least in canada).

Hanson's is an old sno-ball stand uptown in New Orleans.
It's not that far from where I live.... but the way traffic creeps around uptown, it's pretty far away!

Is there a Goodell blood? With condensed milk, of course.

I get the original Party Bliz with ice cream, and I tell them don't change a thing, to make it just like the one in the picture on the cup.

Man, Hansen's in front of the Dome -- that would be the only line in the world that would possibly move slower than the Gate B line going into the Dome from Poydras on Sundays, where my seats are. Takes FOREVER to get in. Longer than it takes to get in Hansen's on a Sunday!

I would like a Clan Mc Gregor Scotch on the rocks snowcone.

hahahahaha... its not any better at Gate G / Girod St. I think the security greeters are doing an ok job, its not them.... But do they have to
frisk everybody? You would think they could tell coonazzes from camel
jockeys. --whoop! was that offensive? checking myself for "give a damn."

I don't know - since most of the Dome went all corporate in the last three years (Dome not as fearsome as it use to be), I can see it taking awhile to "screen" those personal assistants that those fat cats bring in and still manage to write off the whole "workshop, inservice expense" on their taxes! LOL

Man, my then 11 year old daughter told me to pick my jaw up and acted like I'd been to a game before! LOL

hahaha... I feel ya, JP. But I tell you, if you want to feel better, go to a Houston Texans game. The Texans didnt even have fans until about 2 years ago. They just had corporate clients, who were only there because somebody had tickets that some sales rep left at the office. The only real fans in Reliant were the Mexicans. This is common around the league now.
Really, we are, compared to everyone else, still the craziest Cajuns in
sports, trust me. They're still banging the wall in the Terrace above me, still sneaking in flasks, still throwing confetti, even when its not wanted, still talking massive crap, still dancing like fools, and still about to throw stuff at any minute upon a bad call. Overall, its still fairly dangerous in the Terrace, as it should be.
