two words. clock management. That\'s what i think MM was trying to do. we could score quickly and have the 9ers come back down on our helpless defense. Look at how the game was won. the only thing that was really on our side was the clock. But MM should figure out how to jump to a big lead and know how to catch up.

I\'m happy with the win--even if it was ugly. That said, the offensive play calling had my blood
pressure around stroke level in the second half of the game. I just don\'t get it. After all the success
with Aaron throwing the ball in the first half (and for once he was hot), MM seemed to completely
abandon the long pass until the final seconds of the game. Why would he put a stop to something
that seemed to be working so well? It was the running backs who were hurt, not the wide-receivers.
