Rams vs. Saints

Predictions?

I predict a 31-24 loss. I know that some will argue differently, but here's why I think this:

The loss of Deuce will have a negative impact. Some will argue that he's nothing but a fumbler and a juker, and is bad for the team. But picture yourself as a Rams D coordinator. Who would scare you more and? Deuce McAllister or Aaron Stecker? Which one would be respectable enough to account for in your defensive scheme?

Aaron Brooks should put up respectable numbers against a below average secondary. They're not Seattle, but they're not SF either. He should get maybe 2 td's and possibly an int...

On defense, we will continue to get owned by any RB that lines up. Marshall Faulk and Stephen Jackson will slice our front seven into mince meat.

I don't know how Bulger will do against our secondary. Issac Bruce and Torry Holt can outperform Ashley Ambrose and Fred Thomas on any given Sunday. They'll be open often, but it will depend on their O-line giving Bulger time...

So, I put my 2 cents in. It's time to put yours in, too!

I agree. The Saints will get run over on Sunday by Faulk/Jackson. Watch for the Rams to also give a clinic on how to properly run a screen pass against our sorry linebacking corp.

Rams vs. Saints

Amen to the comment on the screens. They\'re going to wrip us up...

To me, this game is really a toss up. Both teams are talented offensively, and porous on D. Likewise, both O\'s are inconsistent and can score anywhere between 6-46. This one is too tough to call b/c there\'s no clue as to which of the many many personalities of each of these teams will show up on Sunday and for how long.

This thing could be 7-6 Saints or 41-38 Rams. I can\'t call it - this is a \'you pick it\' game.
