Packers to part ways with Desmond Bishop?

Desmond Bishop, when healthy, is a very good inside linebacker in Green Bay's 3-4 scheme. He's still recovering from a bad hamstring injury, but I sure would love for him to be a Saint. I know we already have Vilma and Lofton, and he would come at a price, but hey a man can dream and you can never have too many good linebackers in the 3-4.

Well, Martez could play the inside........signing Bishop could insure that he is available to compete for the OLB spot now that Butler is out for the season.

He plays inside LB so that would mean Vilma would have to go. As much as I love Vilma he's a young good player.
